  • Payment is required on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Medicare or private health insurance rebates may be available; however, any gap payment remains your responsibility.
  • Workers' compensation and third-party insurance claims must be pre-approved. You remain responsible for any unpaid portion.
